At BGG, we strive for great quality ingredients packed with flavor.  Our greenhouse-grown hot sauce is no exception.  This year we grew approximately 3000 plants of several varieties including Habaneros, Thai Chiles, Jalapenos, Ghosts and Reapers.  We combine these with fresh roasted vegetables and our vinegar blend to make a unique sauce that is a crowd pleaser.  We then continue the process by dehydrating the pepper mash and blending with special herbs and spices to make our Dragon Rub.  The perfect finishing salt for your favorite bites.
